Beautiful cottage in the Adirondack Mountains situated on over an acre of waterfront property with River access. Enjoy swimming, Kayaking and fishing on the Hudson River, all right from the backyard of the house. It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. Cabin is close to skiing, snowmobiling trails. Perfect for a family getaway to make awesome memories. STAY, SPLASH, SMORES!!!!!

Lakefront escape- 25 min drive to Jiminy Peak ski!

25 min drive to Jiminy Peak ski resort & 10 min to June Farms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lakefront great room. Relax by the fireplace or unwind in the cozy TV room. A spacious kitchen makes cooking easy. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen, all w/ desks) + 4 full baths (3 w/ showers, 1 w/ tub). Enjoy seasonal lake access, dock, and deck. East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

River cabin 5 - private shoreline & the VIEWS!

This is my favorite of all 19 cabins at Towpath Landing! 200 degree water views from huge deck just feet from the water and serene privacy - there is a shed on the property not another cabin. Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. Whether it’s a quick get-away or an extended vacation, the Hillside Cottage is a simple solution from a complicated life.

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.

Dog Friendly Farm

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
