Centrally located beautiful three bedroom / one bath home five blocks south of downtown Santa Rosa. Walking distance to Russian River Brewery, movie theaters, many shops, breweries and restaurants. Easy access to Highways 12 and 101. Note: bookings with one guest will have access to one bedroom, two guests will have access to two bedrooms, and three or more guests will have access to three bedrooms. If you wish to use the sofa bed, inform us in advance of your visit so we can provide bedding.

Find outdoor adventure with hiking and bike trails at Annadel and Mt. Taylor, kayak the Russian River, or golf one of the many courses (incl disc-golf)! The coast is only 30 mins away.
