Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

WiLD Vines Winery and Farm Cottage

Come enjoy our little piece of heaven centrally located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Our vineyard is 10 years old and the winery is open for tasting! A vegetable garden, fruit trees and lovely back yard with fire pit provide tranquil, country ambiance. Full kitchen, large living room with big screen tv and X Box. Queen bedroom and additional small room with a crib, and a small desk. Private patio with gas bar que and hot tub. Most comfortable for a couple or family with younger children.

Forest Cozy Home

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

Welcome to your Sonoma County sanctuary. This is a 4Bed/2B home with an open and spacious setting. In addition to a living room, there's a big den that leads to the backyard for your family to enjoy. This home offer ample space for family gathering and/or retreats(NO PARTIES).The kitchen is equipped with kitchen ware and snacks for you to enjoy. We have installed front door ring camera, a driveway blink camera, on the side of the house, and backyard. Your stay also includes a bottle of wine.

Casa de Gamay is your home away from home. We've strove to include all the amenities one would need. Start with a complete kitchen with a few items ready to cook for that last minute dinner. We have the spices and staples to help you create a marvelous meal. Sit down next to our gas fireplace and watch cable TV (Comcast with a voice controlled remote), DVD player, Netflix, Hulu. Charge your car in our EV station, and then sleep in a king sized bed. Doesn't get better.

Luxurious, Private, Healdsburg Guest Cottage

1083 Guest House is comfortable luxury in a spacious private cottage within walking distance of four-star restaurants, wineries, fabulous boutique shopping, and the Russian River. Your secluded cottage is nestled in the trees with views of a wooded area and is the perfect base for your Wine Country get away. There is no stove/oven due to zoning/licensing so the cottage has a microwave, small air fryer, toaster and bbq.

Robin's Nest

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

We call our second-story studio apartment the Magic Treehouse because it is up in the trees that enhance the view and provide a magical ambience.
