An ideal base to explore the beautiful south west coastal path, river and trail walks or a short drive to nearby Exmouth a larger town. Ample free parking on the residential road adjacent to the property.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Our Swift Loire Caravan is just a few minutes walk from both the beach and complex with beautiful sea views. Short breaks with late check out are available. It has good mobile phone signal on three and EE. Welcome to our beautifully renovated static caravan, hosted to Adults only and offering plenty of outdoor space for alfresco dining, soaking up the sun, and relaxing. Just a short drive or open-top bus ride (in summer) from Exmouth, you'll find a vibrant town with independent shops, bars, and restaurants. A recently built, architect designed, contemporary four bedroom house with a sedum roof, which is ideally located within a few minutes' walk of the beach and the High Street at Budleigh Salterton, East Devon. The house is very close to the coastal walking path and a large natural park, and it is within walking distance of all other local facilities. It has a very private garden with a feature pond as well as its own parking space.
