The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Beautiful Sandved Park is less than 10 mins walk away, with a cafe and blissfull stream surrounded by oak treas. Feel at home in our beautiful apartment equipped with everything you may need and enjoy the private garden right outside your front door. 7 mins walk to grocery shop. 20 mins train ride into Stavanger. Highway 2 mins by car.

Welcome to a cozy, fully furnished apartment in the basement of a house in Sandnes. This comfortable and functional space is ideal for business travelers, couples, families, and guests planning longer stays. The interior is spacious, comfortable, and designed with guest comfort in mind. The location guarantees a quiet neighborhood while also providing easy access to shops, public transportation, and attractions. The area offers quick transfers to Stavanger, Forus, Sandnes, and Sola Airport.

15-20min å gå til Sandnes sentrum. Bussholdeplass, butikk, lekeplasser, skatebowl, sandvolleyball og svømmehall i umiddelbar nærhet. 1-6 gjester. Fine turområder i Melsheia eller topptur til Vedafjell innen 30min. Fin hage med grillplass og terrasse ved hagedam. Bowlinghall, treningssenter, handlegate og shoppingmuligheter innen 2km. Elbilladere (2,4kW og 7,2kW) kan benyttes etter nærmere avtale. Ekstrakostnader medfølger. Det tillates kun opphold av betalende gjester i leiligheten.

Lys og luftig stue med store panoramavinduer hvor du fra sofaen kan nyte utsikt mot flott natur og sauer som beiter like utenfor. Ikke kjøkken, men vannkoker, minikjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn og kopper til disposisjon. Rolig område midt mellom Forus, Sola og Sandnes. 5,4km til Stavanger Lufthavn Sola. Nærmeste busstopp er 1,3km/ 15 min gange unna. Egen bil anbefales.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Nyoppusset kjellerleilighet i gammel sveitservilla. Gangavstand til restauranter, sentrumsbutikker, jernbanestasjon og bussholdeplasser. Passer for et par eller et par med ett barn - egen barneseng kan settes inn. Vennligst bemerk at ettersom leiligheten ligger i gangavstand til alle fasiliteter, er det betalt parkering nær huset. Gratis på kveld/natt og fra lørdag ettermiddag til mandag klokken 0900.

You'll love my place because of its location, accessibility and quietness. Good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. We have a fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. We have beds for up to 8 persons. It is possible to add extra mattresses if needed for even more people. My place is close to public transportation, with a direct bus to the airport. 13 min drive from the airport.

Her kan man enkelt komme seg til Prekestolen, Lysebotn, Kjerag, Kongeparken og ikke minst de nydelige sandstrendene på Jæren. Leiligheten er helt ny. Terrasse med hagemøbler i sommerhalvåret.
