20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

Located in Sandgate (2 minutes from the beach) and just 55 minutes from London, this is a perfect retreat with its own entrances - front and back, a private gated patio garden to the front and off-road parking for a medium-sized car. 1 small-breed dog (max 10kg) allowed with prior notice. No puppies under 12 months old. Fees apply. No other type of pets/animals accepted.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we plan on putting in a new carpet and new vinyl in the bathroom, mid September.

Seaside Hythe

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

About this space Fantastic newly renovated one bedroom flat with private outside space and gorgeous shared garden. Minutes away from the beautiful Leas where you can stroll along the coastal path to stunning Sandgate or head the other way into the buzzing old town and harbour arm in Folkestone. You can find many pay and display parking bays on streets nearby and have easy access to both stations for fast trains to London.
