Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Anexo moderno compacto y funcional al lado de nuestra casa con puerta de acceso independiente. Está situado en una tranquila zona de Cowley, en Oxford. Tiene un saloncito, cocina equipada, mesa para comer y un sofá. Para dormir hay una cama doble y un baño. Todo exterior. Está ha dos minutos andando de Sainsbury, Lidl,etc. Parking gratuito para el coche. Distancia al centro de Oxford es de unos 4 kms. Los autobuses al centro son muy frecuentes y la parada está situada a dos minutos andando.

Located to the south of the city just inside the Ring Road with easy access to Oxford city centre and a short drive to both Sandford Lock, Iffley Lock and the River Thames. The walks along the Thames River offer beautiful views and lovely stops along the way at local pubs and restaurants.

Our beautiful, spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives in central Oxford East It's close to Magdalen Bridge Botanical Gardens, the gateway to the city centre. The house has recently been renovated and is beautifully appointed for modern luxurious living whilst retaining lots of period features. There is a single passenger lift to the first floor. Some of the best restaurants and cafes are a few minutes walk from the house.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop outside the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
