This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. We are a part of the Surfside RV Resort in Sandbridge. You’ll be foot steps away from family fun and relaxation! *Please read all info below

You’ll feel right at home in this safe neighborhood. Please note: No parties. Only 9 people are allowed at the house at any time

The Sportman's Lodge

The Sportsman’s Lodge is a rustic and relaxing modern getaway with all the conveniences you are accustomed to but surrounded by the gorgeous Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy the relaxing countryside at this waterfront property, while still being only a short drive away from Sand Bridge Beach. If you are looking to get away from the standard Virginia Beach Boardwalk tourist experience and get back to nature, this is the place for you. Free kayaking to Back Bay, access to fishing and crabbing.

You have your own private access to the beach AND water views of the Chesapeake Bay that no other home in the area has. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking! Paddle boards and kayaks are provided. My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.

The Silver Strand - Beautifully designed Bayfront Vacation Rental located at the southern end of Sandbridge. The Silver Strand was completely remodeled in 2022. This 4000 sq ft home has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, an office (if you must work), 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, both ocean and bay views, multiple decks, large swimming pool. The Silver Strand is the perfect escape. Enjoy ocean sunrises and bay sunsets, gaze at the stars and listen to the peaceful heart beat of nature.

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom quaint cottage is the perfect small family getaway. Located 2 residential blocks to the beach. The beach is great for families with children. This unit is connected to a 1 bedroom rental. Back yard has a single detached unit also . Great for small families. There is a fenced in front yard Back yard and laundry area is shared with guest suite next door. 2 Car max allowed $100 pet fee with pre approval. ***Summer 2026 check in on Friday only ****

Pop pop’s SurfShack

Get away in style with our remodeled park model trailer. It’s been fully renovated and ready for your next vacation. This property is located at the south end of Sandbridge. Located a short walk from the beach and only steps to the Back bay. Also, two restaurants within walking distance, that offers nightlife as well. Once on-site, two kayaks are available for your use as well and 4 beach chairs. Best part of the day are our beautiful sunsets, viewable on our deck.

Nates Nook on Back Bay

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge. We are located on the northern tip of the OBX...in Va!!!!! This tiny home is in the most secluded area of the resort. Offering tons of nature and beautiful surroundings. One of the 2 pools is only 150 steps away. the beach is 950 steps...or you can drive and park at the resort entrance. We have pickle ball and a boat ramp. You can park your boat behind your unit if you wish and the fishing is great! we provide all beach accessories!!

The Golden Hour is a third row beach house with a private beach access just off the pool deck! There is a 16x32 saltwater pool AND baby pool! Outdoor Shower with custom enclosure and changing area. Pool OPEN: May 1 through October 1 *Hot Tub OPEN: September 1 through June 30 Pets on a case by case basis. Some breed restrictions for insurance purposes. Must provide docs after booking.
