Beautiful over-sized private 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake. We are close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks to explore. Comfort was our number one focus when choosing furniture, and there is even a king sleep number mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV with HBO, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is handicapped friendly. We have available two ramps, elevated toilet and toilet chair, and hand bars. The shower has a shower chair, and pedestal sink. There are two sliding barn doors which will make the common areas into two semi private rooms. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am. Canaveral National Seashore is 44 miles away. An island on the Atlantic Ocean, is a National Park.

Take a 5 min drive to and through historical Winter Park to access shops and restaurants on the coveted Park Ave. It is the perfect central location to access beaches, Universities, Orlandos events, and the best restaurants. One awesome thing about our neighborhood is that even though it is centrally located, you cannot hear any noise. 15 minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal!! Deer, raccoons, and large water birds walk down the streets. Our cottage is great for families, couples, solo adventurers or business travel.
