Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Allawah Cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Red Hill, offering both peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the very best of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a short stroll, you’ll find local favourites like Nordie Cafe. Inside, Allawah Cottage immediately welcomes you with its calm, elegant, and relaxed décor. Every detail, from the soft linen and natural textures to the quiet, restful palette, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space where you can truly unwind.

“Ryan’s Holiday House” at San Remo is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. It is also a fantastic location for business functions and retreats. Stunning views across Phillip Island foreshore and only a 10-minute walk to Bore Beach where to can feel the warm sand under your feet and take in the sheer beauty the area is renowned for. Fabulous location just five minutes drive to central San Remo. Beautiful boutiques, a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants all at your disposal.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. The home is tidy and welcoming for your arrival - you have the place completely to yourselves. The house is older but loved by my family and so many return visitors. We feel it’s a welcoming coastal home to escape to with your family and friends and beloved pet also. Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
