The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Taylor House - a SW Austin Retreat

Enjoy a quiet retreat in this spacious 3 bedroom home. Master suite has queen bed, sitting area, private bath with garden tub. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and adjacent bath. 3rd bedroom with twin and trundle beds shares a bath. Enjoy the deck and grill. Downtown and airport 20 minutes away. Owners Lee and Scherry live on site in a connected, private, self contained apartment. House can accomodate up to 7 guests. Basic price is for 4 guests.
