This luxe contemporary art inspired 1 bedroom nonsmoking/vaping) downstairs adults only apartment that is packed with very bold colors and is situated in an urban core Murray Hill/ Riverside area and is close to downtown, the interstates and the trendy restaurant district! This is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside. That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty!

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Everyone is raving about our San Marco apartment! We've been offering it since late July, 2019 and have been so pleased with the response. It has been wonderful to host great guests from so many different places. Located on a nice street near the St. Johns River, you'll find the unit puts you close to sports, entertainment, restaurants and medical facilities. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people. We are located only 1 block from St Vincent's hospital and walking distance to the restaurants and antique stores on Park Street. There is an on-site private laundry room for our Airbnb guests and the long term tenants in the building. Free parking is available and easy access to Ubers and Lyfts if needed.
