Coffee shops and gas stations are nearby, and it's close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Alamodome. AT&T Center is a 10-minute drive away. For less than $10 you could catch an Uber into the city and experience The Alamo, Tower of the Americas, River walk, Alamodome, Convention Center, Tobin Center. There are plenty of scooters available to get around downtown if you want to get to know the city better. Access to the apartment is directly from the private parking/backyard. Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.
