The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
