This home is locally referred to as "The Lodge." It is loaded with rustic charm and tons of trophy mounts, including a full-size gator rug. This house is spacious and yet cozy all at the same time. This home is located in the Ocala national Forest and yet only a half a block away from the park, which includes basketball, volleyball, tennis, softball, shuffleboard, and corn Holes. The caregivers live close by and are very friendly and helpful when needed. NO pets allowed on property.

We are directly across the street from the Salt Springs Park, where you can go for a swim in the healing waters of the Salt Springs. Its a mineral water spring and stays 72 degrees year round. The resort has a boat ramp for Little Lake Kerr and you can get to Lake Kerr through a canal. Golf Cart friendly neighborhood.

This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
