This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Romantic Starlight Cottage In The Woods

Our cozy Starlight Cottage is separate from the main house for seclusion and privacy, but we are next door for quick service and host response. It features picture windows with a woodland view and a private fenced deck with an outdoor hot tub for two. We are located on 13 acres of densely wooded hilltop fewer than 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. Enjoy walking our property, playing with our kitty 'Oreo', or napping in the hammock......a perfect couple's getaway!

Sunny Oaks Studio Apt.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. Couples will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
