A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

There is a "In-Law suite" that the owners stay in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.

This charming cottage is the guesthouse located next to another Airbnb, which is surrounded by churches and a charming green space. You almost feel transported to old town Georgia with church bells chiming. Then you can have a lovely short walk to downtown Brunswick or to the bakery around the corner. Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.
