The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Three bedrooms each have full size beds. Living room has two sofas. The living space is only available by stairs, so is not handicap accessible. It may also not be suitable for small children. Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

Come stay in our 2 bed, one bath house. You will have the entire house to yourself, family friendly neighborhood, kids playground across the street! We are located three blocks off Hwy 4 in Claflin. Grocery store, and bar/grill uptown as well as a couple boutiques, and Millers of Claflin Furniture store. We are 5 miles from Cheyenne Bottoms. *** Pets are allowed with a fee of $40 per stay. Pick up after pets with bags provided ***No smoking indoors.
