Douglas Lake Retreat

Welcome to our lake front cottage! We are close to all amenities, within city limits which makes it very convenient for sporting events, family trips or just some time away. You can swim or kayak/canoe in the summer, skate or snowshoe in the winter. The perfect location for any weekend! The house/ cottage is 30+ years old and we have just completed a large renovation to the main floor, still lots to do but we are very happy with our cozy space and we hope that you will enjoy it as well.

The dome offers a spacious kitchenette, dining area and private bathroom with a king bed in our loft area. Welcome to the Beach House. Enjoy relaxed living and modern design in our 3-bedroom guest house, steps from some of our favourite New Brunswick beaches. Dine outdoors or unwind in the screened patio. Soak in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or by the fireplace, and cool off with the cold plunge and outdoor shower. Each bedroom features a king bed for a restful stay. Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. Please review the “Your Place” section and House Rules before booking. The pool is open from June through the Labour Day long weekend, weather permitting. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Our home is in a peaceful rural setting with limited cell service, fibre Wi-Fi, wildlife, and a long, steep driveway. All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended.
