Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

A cosy self contained annex perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay with access to the garden. You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the historic town centre of St Ives and a 5 minute walk from the guided bus to Cambridge. Alternatively being just off the A14 it’s a 20 minute drive approx. The house is surrounded by beautiful wild trails, rivers, villages and countryside for the rambler, kayaker (perfect for another perspective) and cyclist. Public transport is a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear patio that includes a bbq.

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day trundle bed in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
