Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

Newly updated tropical cottage close to everything in St. Augustine and steps from the Matanzas River boat ramp. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has wood and tile floors and a lovely screened patio to relax looking at nature and listening to the bubbling fountain. Back yard is fully fenced. 3 miles to downtown, beaches, alligator farm, or the amphitheater. Beautiful area for walking along the Matanzas river and your well loved and cared for pets are always welcome. Boat parking available.

Private entrance off of porch, which includes chairs to relax in, beach toys, towels, chairs. *yes, we are pet friendly, however, ONE PET PER STAY WITH APPROVAL *also, we cannot split weekends, so please book accordingly, fridays and Saturdays booked together

Cozy Studio Apartment with a Queen bed, a couch for relaxing. A kitchenette, full bath and shared courtyard in charming walkable Davis Shores. This is part of a home, with private entrance, parking & private bath. It is walking distance to restaurants, Marinas, and Downtown and St. Augustine Beach is a 3 mile ride. No contact with home owners, unless you would like to meet us or you need something. *please note nearby construction may cause noise in morning and afternoon.

Charming "Treehouse" apartment

Let this unique 1 bdrm/1 bath (w/ claw-footed tub) apartment provide the relaxation and comfort you should expect when on vacation. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized mattress and the black recliner in the living room has the potential to lull you into a dreamy state when you're not out exploring! The treehouse is close enough to attractions/beach/restaurants to walk or ride bikes (We have an assortment of bikes and beach paraphernalia for your use). Three day minimum.

An ideal place to stay while visiting our lovely historic St. Augustine. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, historic district, restaurants and stores. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!
