Cosy Hares lodge in the Tamar Valley

Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

It has three bedrooms & two bathrooms located downstairs with a kitchen and open planned dining/ living room on the first floor. The glass door opens onto a large balcony looking over fields & a small road leading around the site. The perfect place to listen to the birds & the stream! Please note, no working parties permitted.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden and personal vegetable patch you can harvest from! We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
