Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

"Just nature 1" is located in Boaventura-S. Vicente An ideal place for walking wrapped in protected Laurisilva, where the only sound you can hear is the sound of the birds! Absorb the amazing views of the northen part of Madeira island, and meet the insides of the Laurissilva by going on walk in "Levada da Origem", located at 100 meters from the house. Near the house there is also a minimarket, where you can meet Mr. José, ask for the local drink, and get to know a bit more about Boaventura.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Finca Mimosa ( Casa Panama)

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut. Sie ist umgeben von einem 2000 m2 großen, exotischen Garten mit vielen inseltypischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, darunter 28 Palmen, viele davon haushoch.

A traditional little palace within 10 minutes walk from the entrance of the Medina. The house is close to a pharmacy and grocery store. A PRIVATE HOUSE YOU WON'T SHARE WITH OTHER GUESTS.
