You will be happy to know the loft is within walking distance of unique shops, wineries and restaurants. Not only can you walk the whole street and explore every shop, and you may also enjoy the nightlife. My property is maintained strictly animal free zone due to severe allergies.

Wake up above Downieville with panoramic views of the mountains, river, and historic town below. Enjoy restaurants, river access, and world-class mountain biking trails, then return to your private retreat to watch the sunset over the canyon! We do allow pets! If you bring a dog please be aware we have a cat and she wonders the property. There is some space where you can take your dog on a walk but, we ask you pick up any gifts they leave behind.

The Feather is a peaceful space for two located on a quiet, wooded road 1.3 miles from town. Luxuriate in deep sleep on the finest, king-sized, 18” mattress. In the fall and winter you will hear the great horned owls singing through the night. Enjoy simple meals, a cozy reading nook and a hot shower. As hosts we strive to be in harmony with the land. The Rabbit Creek Inn is a new business in this spacious building located in a historic Gold Mining town nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains approx. 75 mi. from Marysville and 45 mi. from Oroville. We purchased this business to provide a comfy rest area to visitors of this little community. We are continuing with remodeling and upgrading to provide the best possible experiences for our guests!
