Private parking & entrance, queen memory foam mattress, steam sauna, kitchen and laundry supplies, and desk and high speed wifi for telework. Minutes from Skydive New England, Prospect Hill Winery or McDougal Orchard. 30min to Portsmouth NH, Maine beaches, and Lake Winnipesaukee. Just over an hour to the White Mountains, Portland ME or the Boston area.

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Centrally located to Tamworth, North Conway, Ossipee, Center Harbor, and Madison (all within a 30 minute drive). Plenty of shopping and skiing, as well as quick access to the lakes and hiking trails. Less than 5 minutes from both the Preserve at Chocorua and Public House on Page Hill. We do have a dog and 2 cats on the premises.
