You'll feel right at home in our quiet yet centrally located accommodation with a small garden terrace. Situated on the edge of the forest, you can start your hikes directly from the property. The swimming pool with its natural lake and the tennis courts are just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 15 km radius, you'll find 5 golf courses, and the area is ideal for biking, even with kids. The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
