Really good panini sandwiches. Fair prices. Great coffee. Beautiful views if you sit outside. And it's about a two minute walk from our house. Great place to each breakfast or lunch. They also have wine at night!!

If you like seafood, Public West is known for their oyster happy hour. Nice bar that is open until 10 or 11 (depending on the day). And they are about a two minute walk from our house.

Crozet Pizza is known throughout the county for their excellent pizza. On weekends, it's a good idea to call ahead. They can fill up. A couple years ago they added a bar, so it's also a place to go out for a drink.

Fardowners has a menu that will appeal to almost everyone. Including kids. They also have a bar and live music on the weekends. The one thing they do lack is outside seating and beautiful views. Their bar does stay open late night.

PRN is a brewery that recently opened up. It's about two miles from our house. My husband walks there. I drive. It's large, lots of people hanging out outside on their cozy chairs around a fire pit. Live music. Great if you have a lot of people (even kids ... lots of kids running around before sunset). They do not serve wine ... so that's my one complaint. My husband likes their beer. They have a food truck that serves bar type food. Nice views. Good atmosphere.

It's large, lots of people hanging out outside on their cozy chairs around a fire pit. Live music. Great if you have a lot of people (even kids ... lots of kids running around before sunset). They do not serve wine ... so that's my one complaint. My husband likes their beer. They have a food truck that serves bar type food. Nice views. Good atmosphere.
King Family is our favorite vineyard. And it's close proximity is a bonus (about three miles from our house). It's beauty is breathtaking. On the weekend, you can go with your family or friends. Bring a picnic blanket, a kite, a Frisbee, snacks, etc. People are all out having fun, enjoying the beauty. On Sundays they have free polo. Best to bring a pop up tent for shade if you are going to spend the day watching the polo match.

On the weekend, you can go with your family or friends. Bring a picnic blanket, a kite, a Frisbee, snacks, etc. People are all out having fun, enjoying the beauty. On Sundays they have free polo. Pippin Fill is my second favorite vineyard. It's very similar to King Family. But a bit further away (not too far). Stunning views. They also have a menu, so you can dine there. Not cheap, but good selection.
