Great for lovely morning breakfast, lunch and dinner. Informal but smart. Modern and also family friendly. Staff always helpful. Great after (or even before) an afternoon of shopping in the spires and local high street.

If you're looking for an easy way to see London; hop on the Tube at High Barnet and make your way to Victoria or even Baker Street or Piccadilly Circus, where you can take a number of bus tours dependent on what you want to see. Not cheap, but worth it for ease of use and fabulous snippets of information. Usually purchase a ticket that lasts for 24 hours and includes a river cruise. Thoroughly recommend. Always take my own house guests on one!
