Great Bar on helicopter pad on top of the skyscraper with great KL view. They open at 8pm. Just go inside the building, take the lift to the top floor. Each person will need to buy at least 1 drink to get on the helipad. Drink are not cheap, I think starts from 25RM, but that works as a access price to get on helipad which totally worth to see.

Changkat Bukit Bintang is famous bar and club street of KL. I can't recommend anything particular but if you would love to go for drinks and/or some dancing that is the street to go.

Food Scene
In this little street every work day (Mon - Fri) from ~11:30 to ~1pm you have a really nice street food market. It is especially busy and quite big on Fridays ~12pm

The famous street food market. Prices are maybe ~10-20% higher but you will not find so much food choices in any other food market in KL. Totally worth a visit at least once. During the day there is not that much action, but it starts to pick up at around 8-9pm.
