Entry is free. Open 8 - 5, Mon thru Fri. Marie's favorite spot is Ahles Point, where her golden retriever loves to run and swim. Afterwards they often meander along the paved path to Ahles Point Cabin where Marie can enjoy a handcrafted ale while watching the ships pass by. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Pets allowed outside only

Entertainment & Activities

The Movie Twilight was released in 2008, and while the story takes place in Forks, Washington, filming took place across Oregon and Washington, including at Kalama High School, just down the hill from Marie and Allan's house! The parking lot, high school gymnasium and exterior shots of the 71-year-old, brick-faced school appear in several Twilight movies multiple times. Thousands have visited the high school since the movie opened. Usually, movie fans combine Kalama visits with tours of other filming locations around the Northwest, including St. Helens, Or., and Forks, Wa.
