Hands down my favorite restaurant for exceptional food.
Get yourself a pitcher of the house made white Sangria
Start with the Pan Con Tomate, the Jamon de Fermin Imberico, and the Cheese Plate.
Then have some Gambas Ajillo, Sauteed Spinach, Imberico Pork Loin, Lamb Skewers, and Mushrooms with Sherry
Finish with their exceptional tempura fried eggplant drizzled with honey and rosemary. Ask your server to top it with some icecream for you. What a treat!

Y'all can't come visit Asheville and not at least take a ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway. If I could live on that iconic stretch of road I would. Simple glorious, any time of day, but especially sunset and during the Fall when the leaves start to turn. Lots of great hiking trails all along it, north and south!
