Car or uber there--- $8 to park, all trails free, multiple places to eat, beer galore, decent outfitter store, flatwater activities, bikes for rent, and of course the man-made olympic level whitewater rafting/kayaking channel. Go to simply walk around, or get on your hiking gear, rafting gear, whatever and get a day pass. Also has loads of free yoga classes (weather permitting), live music and lots of festivals. 5000 Whitewater Center PkwyCar or uber there--- $8 to park, all trails free, multiple places to eat, beer galore, decent outfitter store, flatwater activities, bikes for rent, and of course the man-made olympic level whitewater rafting/kayaking channel. Go to simply walk around, or get on your hiking gear, rafting gear, whatever and get a day pass. Also has loads of free yoga classes (weather permitting), live music and lots of festivals. Multiple buildings, usually 2 food trucks on friday nights, live music, popsicles, and craft beer-- interestingly quirkly handmade furniture abounds, lots of spaces to hang and let the kids run wild without worrying about them running into traffic.
