Beautiful, not so big park in the heart of the nobel Döbling with its villas and quiet life of expensive suburbs. Very easy to get there with bus 10A . There is a small restaurant there too. Locals love it, it is very authentic. Is on the way to the Grinzing, Kahlenberg, but closer.
