The Bucks Head is a fantastic traditional pub at the far side of Knole Park where the food is fab and you'll ALWAYS find a warm welcome. It's a perfect place to walk to through the deer park, have lunch or a drink and then home again!

Arts & Culture

The home of the Sackville Wests, apart from the family's private quarters, it's a National Trust property full of fascinating history. The deer park is a delight, I walk in it almost every week!

Hever Castle is your traditional castle surrounded by a moat. it was Henry VIII's second wife's family home, Ann Boleyn. Henry seemed to take over most of our local stately homes and castles and Hever eventually came into the possession of his fourth wife Anne of Cleves. The grounds are fabulous and the open air theatre is a must on our summer evenings.

Parks & Nature

Being able to walk or jog to the park is always a joy and there's a great cafe in the old brewery at the house. It's never boring to see the deer there!
