It is a museum of a museum. It's full of stuffed animals, birds, insects... We love visiting this museum. I really has not been updated much since it was built in the mid 19th century, but we think that makes it so nice and it's free!.

We love the zoo so much we have an an annual membership! Great place to bring small children even on a showery day as there are indoor exhibits and a covered playground. We have left a few leaflets in the house with discount vouchers. If you do decide to go let us know as we may be able to do something for you.

This park is really beautiful. really wild and lovely. Great for walking, jogging and it's also possible to rent bikes by the hours just inside the gates (about a 15 minute walk from the house)
