Occupying the corner spot at the One Nimman shopping complex, Ginger Farm Kitchen is every bit as photogenic and homy as you could imagine a houseware brand to be (which is Ginger Farm’s other hat). Hipster rustic barn vibes aside, the restaurant serves up a fresh farm-to-city concept with local flavours – including Mae Hong Son-style hang lay curry, and crispy free-range pork belly served with homemade pickled cucumbers. The menu is heavy on Northern dishes, but with some modern interpretations, such as spaghetti with Northern style sausage or tom yam with crispy chicken skin. just across the main road from the alley of our condo to One nimman

This restaurant is specialized in traditional Thai dishes. The cool thing about Huen Muan Jai is that the food is served in smaller bowls, almost like tapas, which makes it an excellent place to explore several dishes and flavours of the famous Northern Thai cuisine. And beautifully decorated in traditional Northern Thai style, Huen Man Jai is among the most popular restaurants in Chiang Mai. I recommend you to try Hors d'oeuvres muang which is a variety of Northern Thai appetizer. and Gang Aom Moo which is a Northern-style red curry, which is more like a soup than curry but packed with so many delicious flavours and herbs. Away from liv@nimman 1.5 km.

The restaurant specializes in Isan cuisine, There isn't very big and the set-up is simple. I recommend you ordering the roasted chicken is their famous roast chicken with crispy skin with a papaya salad as this is the perfect combination and Kadook-On Tom Makham is one of the best alternatives, which is a sour and spicy soup with pork spareribs. The Wat Umong is located just West of Chiang Mai city near Doi Suthep mountain. The temple is found about 1,500 meters South of Suthep road, just West of the Chiang Mai outer ring road. Among the hundreds of Buddhist temples in Chiang Mai, the Wat Umong or “Tunnel temple” is unique because of its location in the forest and its system of tunnels. The serene and peaceful atmosphere at the 13th century forest temple near Doi Suthep mountain provides a welcome change from the much visited sites in Chiang Mai. The temple’s full name is Wat Umong Suan Phutthatham, which translates to “Temple of the tunnels and Buddha Dhamma garden”.

This small Hmong village is admittedly more tourist oriented than authentic. Yet there is a small exhibit of a traditional hill tribe home and information on the history of the many groups that have settled in the Thai mountains in past generations. If you're feeling particularly touristy, you can dress up in ethnic garb for a photo shoot, and there are many small shops where you can purchase hand-woven textiles, handmade jewelry, tea, and other goods. You can also explore a large garden with a diverse array of plants and enjoy breathtaking views from the village. It's a good idea to add this to your itinerary the same day you visit Doi Suthep, since you only need to drive a bit farther into the mountains to reach Doi Pui.
