Great food, beautiful place. It's about 10 minutes from downtown on a pretty valley road. Sit out on the patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek flowing over the old dam. Another place steeped in history. After you eat you can explore the grounds and soak in more of our Tennessee mountain beauty and peace. Check out their website (search for Amis Mill in Rogersville) and see all they have to offer, including the menu.

Less than a half block from your front door, this is great spot for upscale bar food and a fun atmosphere. The Hillbilly usually has live music on the weekends and fun bartenders. Be sure to stroll around and look at the interesting movie memorabilia on the walls.

East Tennessee's BEST little coffee shop. Located in the Historic Kyle House (two blocks away) it is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Sink into the comfy chairs in front of the fireplace and enjoy your beverage and a homemade cinnamon roll, fresh from the oven. Stephanie only bakes them on Saturday morning so don't miss out! They're closed on Sunday. Everything (except the bagels) are made in house. The yogurt parfaits are amazing!

Another half block stroll brings you to my favorite breakfast place. A fast-casual restaurant serving up “high end southern comfort food” 7 days a week and breakfast is served every day. Their biscuits and gravy are HUGE so plan to share. My favorite is their "grilled and filled" wrap for breakfast but is all good food and plenty of it. It's run by two sisters and their amazing staff.
