Sweeping sand beaches (unsupervised), boardwalks and interpretive panels make this an interesting stop along the Eastern Shore.

Port Hilford beach is a long white sand beach great for playing in the sand and waves. A small crossable brook flows into the Ocean with beaches on both sides. There is free parking available.

This family owned local farm is just down the road from us a couple of minutes past the Port Hilford Beach on the right. They grow their own vegetables without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The farm also displays the works of several local artists and craftspeople. They offer compost, plants, farm fresh eggs , fruits, vegetables and ice cream!
