The number one piece of advice is go early be on the road no later than 6 am. We like to go around the south side and hit the Seven Sacred pools and Pipiwai trail first. Then on to Hana and all it has to offer and stopping at the Hana Farms stand for banana bread on the way down the Hana Highway.
