I can't think of a more west Bethlehem establishment than the MINT. Some of the most creative food combinations (like the pork schnitzel kimchi burger!) combined with a fun atmosphere.
Did we mention they play Bob Ross painting videos over the bar instead of sports???

Beautiful trim, hearty and rich Irish pub food high ceilings, a warm atmosphere, and al the Guinness you could want. It's the best pub around.

This is the highest quality food around. There is not better restaurant than Bolete. Farm to table cuisine dishes made by master chefs.
It's busy, people love it, and is also a bit pricey. Make sure you try to get there early or make reservations because you might not find a spot!

Check out the old Bethlehem Steel foundry. There is plenty of room to walk around as well as a museum for the curious. This is also home to one of the major sights for Musikfest.
