Idyllic bay with a little bar. But a little bit challenge to reach. In 15 minutes you are in Estellencs. Park on the lower parking place if possible. Unfortunately in summer parking is a real problem. From Estellencs it is a 30 minute walk to the beach. Don't forget to take at least some drink water. After swimming there's an open waterfall shower!

In Summer it will be very crowded, but in spring and fall we like to go. The sun hits the whole beach, you can even swim end of October.

Sant Elm is definitely the nicest sand beach within an hour driving. A lot of restaurants, bars and sweet little stores. For the keen swimmers there is the little island of Es Pantaleu to swim out to and explore, bring your snorkels and watershoes along too.
In the summer months there are parasols and sun loungers and pedaloes for hire.
If you walk around the corner to the left of the beach, you’ll walk over the sunbathing platform for the hotel and through to another little cove that is equally as nice. If walking is your thing then head to the other end of Sant Elm, walking right past the beach and at the end of the promenade (you can catch a ferry across to Sa Dragonera).
The beach is well serviced with toilets and access for the disabled, and is supervised by life guards. It's very child friendly, with shallow waters gently easing in depth and an adventure playground on the sand. Across the road from the beach, and further into the village you'll find a number of good quality restaurants (specialising in fish) with sea views. Car parking is available in two car parks - the one closest to the beach is a pay car-park, or you can park further away for free.

Miguel and Aina are wonderful owners who like to help you with your groceries. You can ask them to prepare your list with groceries before you arrive on Mallorca. He will tell you where he puts the bags/boxes when it's after closing time. Ask Mariona for his number :)

City/town information
The little city Soller is very cute, with its little stores and the square full of barterraces. From Palma you can go by the only train on Mallorca to Soller. As we already went sometimes, we prefer to go by car to Soller. Alltough this fall 2023 it was a real challenge to find a parking spot, because of some renovation-projects. So check first what's the situation. From Soller there is also a super nice tram to Puerto Soller. Perhaps it is an idea to park there and take the tram to Soller.
