If you turn right out of the cabin driveway you'll head towards Kentville. There are more ammenities here than in Berwick. Food, gas, hiking, bike shop, banks, pubs.

Legendary Hike
Take a day away from the cabin and go hike Cape Split. Head over to Canning and then head up to the Scots Bay trail head. This is a 13km looped hike that ends in a spectacular cliff piste of the Bay of Fundy which has the highest tides in the world of 40 feet.

Head out for the day and go check out the Bird Sanctuary trails in Kentville. There is a maze of single track biking and hiking trails through tall pine forests.
Search the location. There are multiple entrances. The one I usually start at is the parking lot beside Evergreen Home for Special Care in Kentville.
