It can’t get more convenient then walking across the street! But regardless, this restaurant is high quality Ramen. My friends from Japan love coming here when they’re in town! It’s cash only (ATM inside). When the weather is nice I also recommend sitting out back in the traditional Japanese style rooms.

Subways are the best way to get from Brooklyn to Manhattan, around Manhattan, and back. You can now use Apple Pay for train fare! Getting around within Brooklyn is a little tricky though so be sure to plan out your route ahead of time.

If you’re traveling to someplace with a ferry stop (Greenpoint, Williamsburg, DUMBO, FiDi, Midtown Manhattan) find an excuse to use the ferry system. They’re the same price as the subway with substantially better views! Not sure if the bars have opened up since COVID but they also can serve beer/wine on board!
