If you are seeking quality ingredients, yes the best steaks ever, awesome service and a beautiful setting with history Wassweiler will not disppoint. You can come casual or dressed up and totally fit in. You will not leave hungry or be disappointed.

Windbag is more of a sports bar and is fun for lunch or dinner. It is located on was is refered to as the 'Walking Mall" in Old Town of Helena. They get busy but the waits are usually short and fast.

Yes, if you watch the Yellowstone Series this is the State Capital where they filmed. It is truly beautiful and you are welcome to enter and tour inside free of charge.

You may want to take a drive spending a full or half day to visit White Sulphur Springs which is located approx. 72 miles East of Helena. It is a very small community (POP. 900) but has some of the BEST Natural Hot Springs in my opinion. The Spa Hot Springs is located at 202 W. Main St., 406-547-3366. It is well worth the pretty drive as you'll see some of Helena National Forests, Crazy Mountains, Big and Little Belt Mountains as well as the Castle Mountains. And if your lucky you may see bear, elk, moose, antelope, deer and more. They do not use ANY chemicals as the pools are continuous flow and are emptied and cleaned every night. They are very reasonably priced, clean and friendly service. There are 3 different pools, 2 outside (103 & 98 degrees) and one inside (105 Degrees). There are some restaurants all of which have different hours. My family favorite is to go soak in the Hot Springs then grab a pizza after 5 PM from Stageline Pizza on Main Street. If you go on a weekend they also have a movie theater in the pizza palor that you can watch a movie and eat your pizza in the theater at a table. Or there are bars and now 2 Basset Brewery. I just heard there is also a new BBQ restaurant that just opened. Durning the summer there is Newlan Reservoir to swim and then durning the winter located about 17 miles from White Sulphur Springs is Show Down Ski Hill.

Another favorite hike the locals enjoy. There are different trails and levels for everyone. It is recommended that you carry Bear Spray as they have had mountain lion sightings at different times. The trails are populated at times but not overly as you'll still feel like your alone at times.
