In the heart of Greenlane is One Tree Hill also known as Cornwall Park. It’s 650m / 10 walk from Te Kawa to the park entry, 20 mins to the cafe, or a 5 min drive with plenty of onsite parking.
Cornwall Park is an urban oasis, rich with history, nature, farm-life and places to explore… and you might even see the newborn lambs in spring.
The park offers a picturesque open space for a leisurely stroll or a hike to the top of the mountain - we love finding the off road tracks to the top.
At the top you’ll enjoy a 360 view of Auckland.
Cornwall Park boasts two on-site cafes with great food, coffee and surrounds; The Bistro and Cafe. The Bistro also offers a lovely high tea.
The Cherry Blossoms bloom each spring in September/October.

Kitekite Falls Track, a must-do when you are in Piha. It's an easy, gradual climb with lots to see on the way.
The route has formed gravel tracks and boardwalks throughout and the gradual climb to the famous Kitekite Falls is manageable for people with moderate fitness.
This track takes you up into beautiful forest area, with a spectacular waterfall as a reward for your effort.
