Lovely baked goods, Artisan Pizza and other good eats. There is outdoor seating as well as indoor. The outdoor area is dog friendly. They have daily fresh baked bread. We like to grab a loaf and then some cheese from the shop next door. The coffee, brewed onsite beer, and mimosa are great as well.
Downside: The service is slow. People are just not in a hurry. If you are don't bother it will just be frustrating. It is not a quick stop. More of a hang space.

Fun 1/2 hour drive to check out what a real small town is all about. The Yuba Rive flows through here. Great swimming holes. If you have a car that can handle rough dirt roads you can find some more remote swimming areas. The bar/restaurant/hotel is a fun place to stop.
