Food Scene
Close to South Ridge (about a 10mins cab ride) and great ambience and fantastic Iranian food. Highly recommended and light on the wallet too. Their portions are huge so keep in mind when ordering.

Ravi's is a cultural institution in Dubai having set up shop in 1978. Serving Pakistani food with a Western palate in mind (read: not super spice :)), it is open virtually 24 hours with a couple of hours shutdown between 3-5am.
Order the daal, chicken tikka, lamb chops, butter chicken and seekh kabab and end with chai. It will probably be cheaper than your Uber ride speaking of which, it is only a 10mins ride from SouthRidge.
