Great place to buy ground espresso and prepared coffees. I like to ask for the House blend ground with the #5 (fine blend) so I can make my own coffee at home. They also have a great almond pastry, as well as others to choose from.
Limited seating, so maybe order a cup and take a walk to the park or the jardín.
They have another location just up the street, which I'll also mark on the map. Same coffee/menu, different name, but has a really nice patio.

Nice courtyard restaurant right by the Parroquia. Good for breakfast and lunch. Try their chilaquiles. The guayaba butter is tasty, too! Occasional live music adds to the ambiance.

There's another doctor in the Farmacia del Ahorro in the Centro by the Starbuck's, but the hours are hit and miss.
