Dover is a quiet town located on the Cumberland River and is twelve miles from the Tennessee River/Kentucky Lake. Up the road about an hour is Grand Rivers Kentucky home of Patti's Restaurant. The town features several eating establishments, antique shops, a grocery store, and a few gas stations. Dover is also the home of Ft Donalson, a historic site where the Union soldiers took possession of this part of Tennessee. We are 30 minutes from Clarksville and a couple hours from Nashville.
