Savin Kuk Mountain is the Ski Centre of the North Region and Žabljak . Most people go to the mountain by ski lift and continue to the top " Savin kuk" on foot. The view is magnificent, one could see the Black lake below the mountain with it's beautiful colors and surroundings. Savin Kuk is one of the most visited peaks (2313m) in Europe because of the chair lift that climbs high up its eastern slopes and stops only hundred meters below the summit, near Savina Voda (Sava's Water spring). One word to describe Savin Kuk is breathtaking -a Must See attraction - during the winter we SKI and summer we HIKE!

Getting Around
We recommend that our guests get around by car, its just so freeing and independent to meander around as flexible as possible. However, we all don't own a car and for the folks that enjoy the convenience of public transportation - the bus station in Žabljak city centre works the best. Bus schedule and helpful hints are shared in the house manual left for you inside the chalet.

Everything Else
Žabljak is a small and relaxed village. A trip to the city centre will reveal all sorts of activities. We enjoy taking strolls around the town, popping into any one of the many coffee shops or restaurants to sip, drink and chat with anyone willing to listen :)
